But when he hastily finishes a repair job in order to get to the Laugh Floor, he’s accidently pulled down the door track, thrown through a banishment door and trapped with the Yeti, AKA “The Adorable Snowman.” Val rescues Tylor, who is eager to get back. But problems arise when Adorable follows the two of them into Monsters, Inc. Afraid of being banished himself, Tylor tricks Adorable into going back to his cave. Meanwhile, Val uncovers that Adorable was unjustly banished. Feeling insensitive and selfish, Tylor skips his Jokester opportunity to bring Adorable back. In the end, Mike and Sulley un-banish Adorable and promote him to official Monsters, Inc. Snow Cone Seller.

When MIFT is called away on a big work order before the ceremony is completed, Tylor volunteers to take care of things around the office. Disaster strikes when Duncan’s pet Roto eats David’s sacred hair and scampers off. Tylor is determined to get the hair back before MIFT finds out! Failing to get the hair and thinking the gang will see him as a bad MIFTer, Tylor tries hiding his mistake… but eventually confesses, and his honesty wins the hearts of MIFT.

When he arrives at work, the MIFT crew is busy celebrating David Day, a day set aside to honor a former fallen employee. The ceremony will culminate with the lighting of a memory candle alongside all that’s left of David – a jar of his hair. When MIFT is called away on a big work order before the ceremony is completed, Tylor volunteers to take care of things around the office. Disaster strikes when Duncan’s pet Roto eats David’s sacred hair and scampers off. Tylor is determined to get the hair back before MIFT finds out! Failing to get the hair and thinking the gang will see him as a bad MIFTer, Tylor tries hiding his mistake… but eventually confesses, and his honesty wins the hearts of MIFT.
