	In this episode, we will visit the Sicilian archipelago: the Aeolian islands. We dive into its beautiful landsdcape, villages of small white buildings and lush vegetation. These seven small islands are home to two active volcanos, Vulcano and Stromboli, and the reefs testify the many geological upheavals they have suffered. Enjoy the breathtaking sunrise as we leave the island of Stromboli.

It is all about the simplicity of Italian Cuisine and combining one or two local ingredients to create a truly unique flavour. Lapo will be be up for the ultimate judgement when he opens a temporary kitchen on board and invites guests to critique his island inspired meal.
