    Kim Hoorweg BIRD, Rotterdam

    Ever since the Dutch singer Kim Hoorweg received her first record contract from Universal Music at the age of fourteen, her musical career took off and Hoorweg became a well-known name in the Netherlands jazz community. A number of famous artists: Candy Dulfer, Raul Midón, Metropol Orkest, or Gino Vannelli, to name a few, performed with the singer on numerous occasions.

Although the saxophone is his main instrument, free-jazz man Gayle also plays the piano, bass clarinet, bass, and percussion instrument.
