    Münchner Klaviersommer: Burton & Ozone

    Vibraphonist Gary Burton and pianist Makoto Ozone, both great jazz players noted for their virtuoso technique and innovative style perform at 'Münchner Klaviersommer', an annual concerts series that took place from 1981 to 1998 in Munich, Germany. The concerts were usually held in July at The Gasteig, home of the Munich Philharmonic.

After playing the piano, bassoon and electric bass, she took up playing the upright-bass in 2002 at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), where she later graduated with first-class honors. Her quartet is made up off keyboardist Fabian Almazan, drummer Rudy Royston, and alto saxophonist Greg Ward.
